Exchanges for Faulty Items
We only accept exchanges for faulty items received. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order. To process the exchange, provide your order number, product details, short video, and a photo of the faulty item. Please keep the defective item, as it will need to be collected by our courier service.
