Our Promise to Your Smile
At NovaBrite, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve a brighter, more confident smile. We stand behind the quality of our Whitening Kit and want to ensure it works perfectly for you. Below are the terms of our One-Year Limited Warranty.

If you experience any issues, simply email us at admin@novabrite.my,  and our team will be happy to assist.

One-Year Limited Warranty
NovaBrite guarantees that if your Whitening Kit has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or any faulty parts within one year of purchase, based on your proof of purchase.

If the exact model is no longer available, we will replace it with the latest version of the product.

To request a replacement, send your proof of purchase and a description of the issue to admin@novabrite.my Please provide your order number, product details, and a photo of the faulty item. Note: Warranty replacements are only available within Malaysia.

What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by improper handling, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage from floods, earthquakes, or similar events.
  • Non-NovaBrite Accessories: Damage caused by using third-party accessories or parts.
  • Normal Wear: Minor cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
  • Modifications: Any changes made to the product.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels.
  • International Purchases: Products purchased outside of Malaysia.
  • Missing Proof of Purchase: Claims without valid proof of purchase.
  • Incorrect Power Supply: Damage from using an incompatible power source.

Limitation of Liability
NovaBrite’s only responsibility under this warranty is to replace defective parts or the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profits.

Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty is the sole warranty offered by NovaBrite and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. We do not provide any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
