Shipping Policy
At NovaBrite, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient shipping experience. Below is a detailed overview of our shipping policy:
Shipping Charges Within Malaysia
Peninsular Malaysia:
Standard Shipping: Orders below RM100 will incur a shipping fee of RM6.
Free Shipping: Orders of RM100 or more are eligible for free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.
East Malaysia:
We charge a flat rate of RM25 for shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), regardless of the order size or weight.
Order Fulfillment Process
After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive two email confirmations:
1. A confirmation of your order.
2. A payment confirmation from BillPlz, our secure payment gateway.
Once payment is confirmed, our team will process, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch. We then coordinate with our courier partners to arrange pickup and shipping.
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you don’t see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team works on weekdays, and the last courier pickup is scheduled at 5 PM daily. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday. Please note that we operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
East Malaysia: Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak typically take 5 to 8 working days, though exact timing can vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel during the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a second attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will need to pay for a third delivery attempt, and a new tracking number will be issued.
Address Changes
If you realize that there is an error in the shipping address or contact details, please email us within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made once the order is processed. To avoid delays, we encourage you to review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
